  1. Wrapping the truth in the so-called values of the opposition, like wrapping a pill in a piece of cheese to give to a dog. Their values aren't amenable to change. They're right because they're right, not because facts pointed them to that position. Any facts in opposition to their beliefs and values are simply mistaken at best and nefarious attempts to control others at worst (in their perspective). Same thing on our side, let's not kid ourselves. That's why I say no ideology is true. Facts don't care what you believe. Yes, I believe the left has more facts and is doing things correctly more than the right, but I could be wrong.
