  1. How many parents raise a child thinking they need to be children and not understanding they're creating they adult that child will become. You can explain the idea of trans people or gay people without mentioning sex. Later on, when they already have a baseline understanding of these issues, THEN you bring in the sexual components when you're teaching them about sex and sexuality. The only thing handicapping a child will do is create an infantilized adult incapable of understanding the world as it is.
