  1. He looks like a fool to us. To his viewers, he's the god of gotcha. Doocy knows his audience. You might call a man a clown, but if he's wearing a big red nose, white face paint, and a rainbow wig while performing for children, you kind of lost your point.

  2. The right thinks they have a gotcha moment here. "Oh, you took documents too? Well, means Trump wasn't guilty!" Um, they're demanding investigations for inadvertent taking of classified documents. What they're saying with all this hullabaloo is that they think taking documents is a crime. What was it Trump did again? I keep hearing an analogy of one guy robs a bank and then a second guy robs a bank, so stop investigating the first guy. No. This is one guy robs a bank and hides the money while a second guy has a few stacks of cash dropped into his bag, he finds it, and then immediately returns it. The first guy committed a crime, the second guy was an honest boy scout.
