  1. Republicans haven't fought honestly since before Nixon. Once Nixon covered his party in excrement, they've abandoned winning the argument, what our system was built around, and resorted to dirty tricks. If you can't win an honest fight, even if you take power, you didn't win. Stealing your opponent's chess pieces when their back is turned isn't winning, it's cheating. Problem is, Democrats are still fighting by Marquess of Queensbury rules while the Republicans are stuffing their gloves with iron.

When they say equal justice, what they apparently mean is if you investigate and charge one Republican leader for crimes then you must also investigate and chare one Democratic leader for crimes. Equality isn't about true justice or about punishing the guilty, it's about rigging the system to gain an advantage when something disadvantages them. Trump being charged for real crimes makes them look bad, so they need imaginary charges on Biden to balance the scales. This is them admitting they can't win a fair fight, they can't win without handicapping their opposition.
