  1. BTW, the audio for the video cuts out entirely with the sponsorship section. I paused the video at the end, left a moment, came back, started the video, and I thought my computer was malfunctioning.

Giving one political opinion and that's the end of it shouldn't really get discrimination, even if it's odious, but harassing people with your political opinions to the point it's disruptive should be met with removal. Telling someone to leave a store because he\she is bothering\harassing the customers isn't the same as telling someone that they have to leave because they're black or gay. Same with firing someone harassing the other employees. Just having a political T-shirt or coffee mug contrary to everyone else's political persuasion isn't worth getting upset about.
