  1. If our founding fathers could have foreseen a Trump presidency, or one like it, they would have spelled things out a LOT more. They thought that there would be an educated electorate which would also have an educated representative body and that they would understand what the constitution meant. Alas, humanity proves that where there is vagueness there will be abuse.
