  1. What conservatives want isn't free speech, they want THEIR speech 1) to be free and 2) not to be subjected to scrutiny or criticism. In other words, if what you're saying is left-wing, it needs robust scrutiny and criticism, but if it's left wing, it needs to stand entirely on its own, no push back whatsoever.
