  1. I'm sure this woman's information is correct, but there's something about her voice and speech patterns that is grating as hell. When I was a kid, I had to take speech classes to correct a lisp, so I'm very cognizant of speech patterns, and her constantly upward inflection is just horrendous. Either go to a speech class or get someone else to deliver this information.
