@hadara69 The right wing are seeking to force everyone into a binary system. To be fair, for the most part, we do fit into that binary, most of us are male or female and cisgendered. So, yes, they are attempting to exclude anyone that doesn't fit into their binary, trans and non-gendered people in particular. That was my point, they seek simple answers because they are simple minded in all the worst ways.

Some terminology is more exclusionary than inclusionary. An apple is a tree fruit. Easy enough, but then so are Pears, which share many characteristics with apples, and so are oranges, which do not. So, bringing up an example of something that isn't an apple can better help define what an apple is. Simple answers are never simple though I'd say people seeking simple answers usually are.
