  1. Damn, people, do we ALL need to go to school again to learn how an apology works? Every time I hear one not from someone I know personally, it's one of those non-apology apologies that usually states they're sorry if someone was offended. Apologies aren't conditional and need three parts. 1) A mea culpa, or in English, admission of wrongdoing. 2) An act to redress said wrongdoing or promise to redress. 3) An oath to never repeat said wrongdoing. What this lawyer did was what a 6 year old does when he or she is told to "say you're sorry." It's not the least bit sincere.
