  1. Why are people arguing about definitions about what is an assault rife? Is it THAT hard? A standard rifle, a hunting rifle, shoots one bullet at a time. They can be semi auto or bolt action. Anything designed to be burst fire or automatic fire is a weapon of war, not a defensive weapon (how stupid is that term, a sword is for attacking, a shield is for defense. Guns aren't shields). I'm not arguing for or against any sort of ban, but the definition fuckery needs to stop.
