  1. How about finding the ships & containers with the precursors to fentanyl etc & plant explosives in 5% once cartel members or people making it are blown to bits they'll be scared to even touch any packages, worked in Vietnam & till today. Will work in Mexico as well.

America is supposed to be a FREE COUNTRY setup safe drug use centers in a club med sort of way WITH KIOSKS OFFERING REHAB THE FIRST THING PEOPLE SEE BECAUSE PEOPLE WILL GET TIRED OF DRUGS & SEEK HELP EVENTUALLY till then make wireless heart monitors like hospitals use mandatory. Have medical staff there 24/7 & sell safely made drugs to pay for all of it & securing our boarders etc. Americans ARE going to use drugs this has been proven over 50 years time to make it safe & profitable.
