  17.  @alainbelanger9852  When I say I learned it myself, I mean I bought a simple grammar book, did conjugation exercises, read some simple books in French, watched movies in French, etc.... Then the rest really is through osmosis - the key is being in situations where you have to speak the language That's how children learn to speak after all I'm sure you're a god teacher and have helped a lot of students But I can honestly say that we studied French for 5 years at high school and learned nothing, and anyone from the UK I speak to says the same
