  1. the first problem is agreeing what benefits the taxpayer - example awarding jobs to non union construction companies will lower the contract price and it will lower union wages in the long run. so the taxpayers pay less but if you are a taxpayer in said union you make less money. which choice benefits the taxpayers more?

  2. i think the seawolf subs will have a new life tracking north korean and chinese subs as well as the russians. NK is for sure a threat . they vow to launch nukes against us all the time. they have subs with nukes . so this is one example where a wasteful program actually will turn out to be useful . this is just my opinion and doesn't mean i don't agree with this video. like you said earlier we want to have the best military tech , period.
