  2. so ukraine can just put in a program of FOD removal. station tractors and sweepers in the trees along the highways. a sweeper is pretty cheap when talking about military vehicles. 50k for a sweeper is totally doable. and used ones might be very cheap. and ukraine has been paving alot of highways since 2014 in anticipation of their use as runways.
