so these temporary ships have lasted for 90 yrs without completely dissolving. is that longer than a steel ship would last in a the same situation partly sunk? that's usually more corrosive than fully submerged.

i doubt that's true. minorities lived in the cities as that's where they could get jobs. same is true in ontario. go to smaller ontario towns and it's all white.
