Oh man, I know in my own life eating junk makes you feel sluggish and wanting to eat only junk. At one point in my life I was living on such a budget and I had gastroparesis (which means you basically have to avoid anything too fatty, but also anything with fibre, unless you want 4 hours of horrific pain.... basically ozempic is mimicking gastroparesis or, rather, "delayed stomach emptying" where I could eat on a friday and still be full on sunday morning.... it was HELL and it got to the point once where I couldn't even drink water!!!) so I could only eat simple carbs, and sugar..... and it was HELLISH. I was craving salads, and healthy food, but knowing those foods would put me in a world of hurt. I began to hate food, and I ended up losing 45mg in 3 months or so. I needed to lose the weight, but starving to do so, when I actively wanted to eat was tortuous!!!
