  1. 45,000 people out of a population of 17.5 million seems so few! The dairy farm nitrogen emissions thing is a big issue where I live too, in Canterbury NZ. It's why we no longer have good water, from dairy farms destroying the surrounding land here. It's sad because the dairy industry is important for exports and becoming more self sufficient....

  2. I'm confused, why are dairy farms the ones "destroying nature"? They aren't having farms in the forests, surely, so why are dairy farms the boogeyman here???
