  1. Meditation is great topic , but can you please make it more focused on main points of its value from Mr . Tim Harris perspectives and understanding. These long hours is too much to focus in one sitting, time is very precious to do things , so please please make more concentrated up to the point no even one word out of context. Thanks,such long hours of chatting Abu’s subject is counter productive. Sorry for my feedback, it is an opinion of a person described as book worm and advocate learning from the cradle to the grave.
