When I was resident training to be a surgeon lived in a room in the hospital, ate in the hospital dining room for 8 years. It was tough like military service . On call 36 hours continuously. This was in UK 1966-1974.My dad came to visit me from Baghdad and he saw me how I lie on the floor to raise my feet up because of pain in calves as varicose veins started. He said resign what work is this? He was a general in the Iraqi army. I said I cannot . I have to do clinical work as required to sit post graduate exams.

Can you please make an episode about fragmented sleep in 80 years old due to get up to empty the bladder. How to have natural continuous sleep beside heavy physical continuous exercises?

@deepost2604 thanks how many hours did you take magnesium before bed? With meals or with out? Glycine what time of the day was taken with tea? 🙏.thanks.

@deepost2604 lady doctor 78 years old has Parkinson disease. She sleeps 4 hours and wakes up. She takes melatonin very little dose and L dopa little dose and go back to sleep. We have to share our thoughts and experiences. I find physical excersise 3 hours plus 1/2 hour dry hot souna help but body get adapted and tolerant so no effects. We need to change our strategies.
