Please how to build muscles for cancer patients who are in remission but have wasted muscles and in their late seventies? Also patients with nuero degenerative diseases like Parkinson disease or some have cancer and Parkinson because the root causes are metabolic, unhealthy life style especially stress, sugar, Insulin resistance and no muscles.
