Thank you ,change of format.1.the podcast is shorter than two hours.0 -6.4 minutes good introduction about the subject in the title.3.6.4 -13.55 minutes about sponsors.4..the subject start at 13.55 ,This if listeners are short on time.Time is life ,thank you and very grateful.There was no writing on screen for those non English listeners whose mother tongues is not English and speak slower than American now who speed in talking as over using the sympathetic nervous system.It is an opinion from an observing medical professional.Thank you for an amazing teaching, zero cost ,doable, bringing science to the public and not store it in its tower glass shell ,without value.
