Education about mental health and this podcast is about over thinking but he said if you are in your head or extrememe introception.Breathing work ,not default cyclic breat hing but prolonged exhalation,boxing breathing,change cadence ,I.e strength of inhale and exhale .Meditetion,youga ,Be in flow with what you do,if brain drift bring it back.Overthinking brain is unhappy brain,find root cause of unhappiness,do what you like,engage in the Now,non sleep deep rest video ten minutes length was useful and healthy life style.Keep learning and education is a foundation.God blessings.

The golden mean the middle ( logic of Aristotle).Recap,quality enough sleep,regular meditation to move on the continuum, some call emotional intellegence,triggers,pause,options,choose a response,mindfulness,( listen to Puddism by Joseph Goldstein,John kabat zin),focus and refocus is meditation,not for sleep,ask the right questions,so perception,breathing,continuum of Interoception to dissociation,to sleep better is not to focus and no thinking ,that day is finished ,no use to plan ,you have all day to plan and do,now sleep is like you dying ( this is my mantra)heathy cortisone by biological rhythm exposure to sun rise,sunset,meditation by body scanning NSDR,Yoga Nidra ,so prefrontal cortex is off,for me NSDR is very very useful even for one minute,eating lettuce and yogurt ,cucumber salad with yogart( Arabian tradition tool to get good sleep),,Keep learning,thanks for your time ,energy to teach us.
