  1. Thanks ,listen to all podcast. Recap, for me is every body is unique. One size do not fit all.Mitochondria is an essential part but do not forget every organelle is their for a reason. We need panoramic research in every nano molecule. It is good to divide and rule but do not forget the in the process the whole as we did in our Western clinical medicine. We are one unit and part of our body ecosystem and the universe ecosystem. Keep learning the more I learn the more I don’t know.
