@karenconstantine334 the most powerful thing to be healthy is to do dry or water fast 12,14,16,18,20 hours fast . This is gradual then long fast . The body will adjust to burn white fat into ketones as fuel, reset hunger , and autophagy . The body will use ketones in addition to glucose. Most people burn only sugar. That is they eat every 2 hours. Think of our ancestors not much food , not much sitting. Our bodies are still like our ancestors but our environment is toxic.
