  3. I read Chris Palmer book and believe in it.His chapter on Mitochondria is excellent and inspiring me to study mitochondria in depth. Quantum biology.All diseases are metabolic. Read Thomas Seyfried book cancer is a metabolic disease and applies it for two cases of cancer now in remission.

  4. What a coincidence to get the book last week and finished it all . What impressed me is the investigations , the results. Already phoned a lab in Baghdad Iraq to start doing them for patients who have strong family history of dementia. Also the copper / zinc ratio even 1.3 is not good , it must be 1::1 already did short videos about few points to diagnose and prevent dementia. I am planning to summarise it and put it back to Arab speaking people on my you tube channel to spread hope, action and appreciation. In fact healthy life style is foundation for health and prevention of all diseases Find the cause treat it then stop drugs gradually as receptors get addicted to the drugs so it needs long time to discontinue under physician who cares.

  7. I can make a film how my grandmother, aunt, father behaved on daily basis.All were in one house living as extended family. It was sad but also funny too because they live in their own world like seeing themselves in big mirrors thinking their picture is somebody else not knowing even themselves. Once gate opened they go out and get lost but they walk slowly so we find them. Once they did not close the tap in bathroom and my grandmother telling me ring the council the pipe is broken bec she had long experience in building.

The other was surprised as he does not know what is mitochondria. I have seen so many cases of dementia so decided not to have it since I was young.

I liked Aristotle, Epictetus,Marcus Aurelius book meditation ( philosopher king).According to Plato describing politics and head of power.He was Roman Emperor.Studied German and British philosophy but impressed by Emanuel Kant book about human understanding pure reason and practical reason when he was awaked from his slumber by David Humes Assay. Studied history economics arts literature rise and fall of Empire. Why ? I come from Babylon the cradle of human civilisation and wanted to understand why Iraq is invaded? All written in Plato book 2500 years ago it is natural resources when big cities become inflamed like boil with pus and burst out invades making unjustified wars . Power is corruption.
