Exercises trigger certain health pathways but foods portion quality frequency of eating and timing plus fasting triggers other pathways. Do not mix weight and exercise and metabolic health. No no no this is wrong seed oils is unhealthy not positive not neutral please can you mention which data ? Is is done by people who process seeds for oil.

Cardio exercises is healthy have not do with weight gain. Reverse diet you seems to know about it. Eating protein has 30 percent used to burn the protein. Fibres like celery and eat highly dense micronutrients food and not highly dense calories foods like nuts seeds oils.
