sleep and wake up with sun light like my grand mother in Babylon taught us.work all day ,no sitting,upright posture, fasting ,believing in God ,praying 5 times is Yoga .All fresh food ,no fridges, no freezers, seasonal food, daily sour bread baked at home.nice simple life ,more conducive to bring up 5 medical doctors and mechanical engineer ,carried this wisdom to Europe and second generation of medical doctors, our own milk, sheep.ducks,eating fresh fish and hunted birds and deers by dad who valued exercise walking, running,tennis,horse riding , hunting on regular basis,hoildays ,picnic ,outdoor living.,three months holidays in cooler weather away from Baghdad heat.Iraq was and will be the cradle of civilisation .

Suquating in sitting was normal sitting working posture and sitting on the floor of my sweet intellegent maternal grandmother ,so for my mum in Babylon.Squatting was our position in our eastern toilet which is simply a big hole drained in big main hole, cleaned by aman every few years.My mother labour was walking in house yard in first stage of labour and squatting and pushing in second stage of labour.she know by strong uterine contractions amd more frequents ,so did I in my labour .This podcast motivate me to talk and write about my labour and mum labour which could change delivery and more cost effective. To understand as professional ,highly qualified,highly skilled medical doctor in Gyn. and obst.No drugs for pain ,no epidural anasthesia,just waling in labour room as I did with my patients who trusted me ,believed in me and had normal vaginal delivery ,all natural in Hammed Medical Corporation,Doha,Qatar.Thank you for remind me how lucky was I to live in such organic, natural healthy environment of Babylon ( Mesopotamia,the cardle of human civilisation),Modern damaged Iraq,squatty potty is in every bathroom of the house.Eating while sitting on ground ,food in stainless steel tray,low tables sitting with crossed legs Table and chairs only when visitors are in the house.This is while living in the West.Thank you.

Some reach state of learning to diagnose others mental health from way they talk, the sound volume.the body language.No need to be excited, everything change, all is what traditional people do ,nothing new ,but we forgot it, nothing permanent . doing calming the mind is more productive.to be depressed isa choice ,so all mental health issues, it is to live in your world to avoid pain ,even psychosis is way the body and brain to reduce perception of pain and stress ,my thinking.So many types of madness.My mum said madness is an art ,many types at least 70 types.Wisdom and make better choices is good.do good for sake of good, not for your personal glory.we are mortal and fallible.your reference point is whole ecosystem .we are nothing ,just part ,screw in nature machine, all junk processed food is far away from nature, go back to nature.

Anrew Huberman call double inhale and one exhale through nose is called physiological sigh, we do it all the time.To have cold shower after hot bath ,just tell your self this is not for ever, just few seconds,and water get warmer in electrical shower, easy.The same inner talk in labour,millions of women did natural labour before and in future,even queens have labour,celebrate pain as body is working well.Our clock is sunrise, sunset ,sun shadows,fire coals light ,no artificial electric light in evening,the street light through glass windows and net curtains is enough dim light ,save energy.NO furnitures,only rugs around to sit cross legged to eat ,sit and listen to podcasts, sleep with sunset ,wake up at sunrise, looking into orange red sun light when sun below horizon,outdoor will set our day and night biological clock.Love to be fit and healthy, persist ,small step at time.Thank you.

Great discussion, very sincere ,honest and true.This is a short true story to sum it up.a son who is a medical doctor doing intermittent fasting for one year lost 23 kms and reach his ideal weight telling his mum who is medical doctor practicing healthy life style for 26 years ,not taking any medications, he said do you know it is all about Insulin resistance.When I used to eat cereal and milk ,my mouth do not shut up all day.Now even hungry ,i wait one hour before I start to eat, the magic happen when you do not eat.Thank you both for your time ,passion to teach the masses ,the problem is much deeper than you think ,people are out of our control and they are brain washed for junk cheap processed easy to heat in microwaves poisons. We are all in it together ,the consumer and the system .
