sleep and wake up with sun light like my grand mother in Babylon taught us.work all day ,no sitting,upright posture, fasting ,believing in God ,praying 5 times is Yoga .All fresh food ,no fridges, no freezers, seasonal food, daily sour bread baked at home.nice simple life ,more conducive to bring up 5 medical doctors and mechanical engineer ,carried this wisdom to Europe and second generation of medical doctors, our own milk, sheep.ducks,eating fresh fish and hunted birds and deers by dad who valued exercise walking, running,tennis,horse riding , hunting on regular basis,hoildays ,picnic ,outdoor living.,three months holidays in cooler weather away from Baghdad heat.Iraq was and will be the cradle of civilisation .

Some reach state of learning to diagnose others mental health from way they talk, the sound volume.the body language.No need to be excited, everything change, all is what traditional people do ,nothing new ,but we forgot it, nothing permanent . doing calming the mind is more productive.to be depressed isa choice ,so all mental health issues, it is to live in your world to avoid pain ,even psychosis is way the body and brain to reduce perception of pain and stress ,my thinking.So many types of madness.My mum said madness is an art ,many types at least 70 types.Wisdom and make better choices is good.do good for sake of good, not for your personal glory.we are mortal and fallible.your reference point is whole ecosystem .we are nothing ,just part ,screw in nature machine, all junk processed food is far away from nature, go back to nature.
