Sleep disturbances are almost always associated with mental diseases .Cause or effects or both ? I do not know.

Naps are good if one is exhausted. Even 10-15 minutes regenerate energy and back t o serious work,personal experience.Long naps are horrible,this is in hot summer days in Middle East naps in mid day is different from night sleep.
