Agreed on all ,but 5-6 small meals a day ,now cause Insulin resistance ,study OMD,metabolic flexibility,microbiome,when to eat?frequency of eating? And what to eat ate?.Biology is complex ,we all need to keep learning as all change .

Both are great what you know but sorry to say there’s is no focus on main points to helping us who are in a hurry wants to learn in 30 minutes instead of 2 hours 17 minutes. This is meant a positive feedback from a medical professional to learn science of exercise and recovery.Personal ego and self is out as I learned logic and philosophy ( stoic). We all need a lot of education. God blessing . I sit and try to pick up concepts from all the noises .
