Babylonian tradition to have good sleep ,eat full head of lettuce,cool you down,cucumbers and home made yougart,melon but last meal should be at 4-5 pm even in summer,salads with vegetables like mint,parsley,cucumber,tomatoes no dressings.This was our supper in summer months in childhood.very light ,sleep on roofs watching stars above ,talking stories and jokes .too much laughing before sleep reduce cortisol,increase dopamine and serotonin,now as medical doctor know this.I know two In remission from diabetes,vegetarian and intermittent fasting OMAD,and know my brother surgeon died of diabetes complications including dementia.Very sad .keep learning.Thank you both .Dr Attila is a good teacher,and have a good grasp on priciples.
