  1. what great analysis of suffering?So many with post traumatic stress syndrome who are lost and can not help themselves to realise the truth, the depth.of living as being like other animals and plants in the now and here not in the past which is gone and stayed as memory or in the future which we are agnostic of it( we do not know,to be mindful ,aware of our emotions, actions ,pausing to choose an action from many choices as we get triggered and it is a continuous work in progress, small steps on daily basis ,being persistent ,consistent and march on in this amazing life.Thank you for sharing your thinking with us, and the questions were so nicely put to dissect these problems .
