  1. I think dancing is good exercise and relief the stress to avoid mental health issues .Who say social isolation was right ? What about people strength of immune system? Look to the rules again .I think it is wonderful to have joy in that dark times.I think superficial thinking is not good ,one has to look deep in the public heath life style variables.
