Medical doctors are not taught in medical schools all over the world about health.All medical teaching is about diseases and how to treat it with drugs and operations.Not only that ,one has to fallow guidelines blindly irrespective of what adoctor thinks.If one change the practice as Zack Bush talking ,the doctor will open hell against himself and asked to leave the job.This healthy life style is known by some doctors since three decades but if they pursue the path ,they are out of the job.It is dilemma for all.looking to people in streets ,perhaps it is too late ,the damage is too far. The ignorance and mental health issues are cause of all evils ,even greeds are by sick minds,so wars and damage traditional way of living and concurring countries with force is too toxic and sign of bad ecosystem.We are all connected and nothing in comparison to plants,micro organisms .All polluted ,air,water,soil,all living beings and even unliving.wait and see in philosophy,wait and see in medicine,open and see in surgery.Not simple as we think,the more wisdom ,one get,one can not blame any body.All are responsible,the wicked and the victims.We are all in it together,what goes round ,comes round,There is a divine justice stronger than human laws.

Had covid because of high viral load from my Indian builder for one month in January 2020. Did continue to work irrespective of sever fatigue,did sleep one Sunday,used heat sweeting to relieve breathing difficulties,did it on my own without asking help,with lemon and orange juice,ginger,garlic and red onion,water fasting for five days to relive my bowel symptoms including bleeding ( Mealena)thank God and my Babylonian parent to brain wash my brain to be a doctor,till now i think it is the best profession if done with love,passion,and gratitude.bTo learn the value of excercises from my dad who was national athlete in running,single tennis,horse riding,and swimming.Good luck to repeat the same informations,again and again for the masses to switch that light in the brain to love our bodies,respect them and care .

Thank you.Now I understand the mechanism of my absolute focus and attention for long hours to study medical books, lectures over 6 years in Baghdad and then in UK to do post gradute degrees in general surgery ,Gyn.and obstetrics.Used to sit in a room alone, reading aloud to myself ,listening to what is read and holding a pen to write important points ,sometimes need to move on the flat roof of my parent house with walls ..That type of reading made me the first in my class of 180 students and even in Uk ,in the examinations my examiners ask where did I study medicine?.The way questions answered and the strong memory of some lectures even after55 years.It was natural and was proud ,excited ,happy that I was studying medicine and mixing with such high standard beings.Now the mechanism explained ,using vision, sound and tactile sensation.Thank you.Till now learning is the most enjoyable state for me.Never was able to study in library or only by vision alone.Now I have soft ware to read e books and look to big monitor to focus my vision.Got through philosophy of the greek books,German,history books.It is an amazing gift.Thank you for reassuring my mind.Listening to this podcast and read what is written on the screen, feel uncomfortable if the words spoken are not written on the screen and focusing is difficult so always write notes of what I hear to stay focused..
