@cognitivedissidents4642 It can take a few years to build a house in Latin America, not all the construction workers are like that tho, it also depends where your building the house, for example i live in a very busy section right next to the main highway and i have a Hardware Store next to me, my Quinta is in Nicaragua which is right next door 🇳🇮 also you gotta build up a special personna while your out there to help convince people to help you, its not just about the money for some of them, they gotta like you too 😊 been doing it all my life so I should know.

@bhutchin1996 Interesting, I never heard of Mr Andrew, so far I only been jacked once by some Ladies of the Night there but yes that can be a problem, and two of my Gfs stole some of my stuff and some money, once my Home / Quinta was broken into and some stuff taken. Thieves are a big problem there for sure. When i go out i sometimes carry and armed but I never had to use it yet its like they know LOL. Technically I live 14KM to the south right in front of Pizza Hut Ticuantepe. I try to go back and forth to caretake both family properties, the home in chicago, and the Quinta down in in Ticuantepe. I have a Son down there growing up with my ex. Thanks for the comment and referral to Andrew. I'll reach out to him and say Hi =)
