  1. 🙂 you have a mechanic or mechanics, i dont understand why you dont expand and pickup some really cheap beaters with blown engines or transmissions. Setup a garage somewhere on the property or move to another location and start fixing cars as well. Theres ton of cars on craigslist nationwide alone that need fixing cause alot of owners are noobs or neglectful to check the fluids, its sad

  2. 😒 double down on motorycles, bicycles, and monitor your local craigslist for car beaters, learn to be a shadetree DIY mechanic, pu the beaters that your pretty sure u can fix yourself

  4. 🙂 i think its a gread idea, if you got room to do light garage shop repair work as well that would be a good idea, what i see some people do around here is to also open a Salavage Yard for the cars that need to be recycled, the salavage yards sometimes fixes some of the cars they get and put them up for sale at the salvage yard.
