yes its like that all over the world, its ur responsibility to go over ur property every single day, and put up fences and brick walls, u have to pay for security and hired hands to help u to keep people out

normally the property gets a lein put on it for back property taxes at the moment you try to sell it cause you have to go to County to check on the Title which will trigger a research and a lein, so I can't imagine any government not requiring all propterty taxes to be paid in full for a sale to go thru. Thats just common sense.

🙂 interesting, its normal in central america, i didnt know its like that in the west, also some things u didnt mention, it would be good to have connections in the police and lawyers and court cause u mite need to grease some palms, also u need family and super close friends to watch ur property while ur gone, yes rent or lease and whoever is using the property to make use of it, they gotta be there on the property working the land or something, also u need 247 security, also a reputable bank ask them to put a lein on ur property cause confiscaters target property more so when there is no lein and its free and clear. Keep all ur receipts, pay your taxes everyyear and keep the receipts to show any police and courts all ur paperwork plus receipts of taxes and utilities and etcetera, that your all up to date, and u gotta learn to talk and smoosh too. Work em over.
