  1. Let me understand, if you find an old laptop or desktop and it still has a good original Windows Sticker Key on it MS doesnt want you to use that key to reactivate a fresh install? They want you to buy a totally new key?

  2. OOOOOh! so you mean when the refurbisher recycles the laptop but if it has a good Window COA Sticker he peals it off and resells the key on that sticker like on Ebay or Kingwin. Like what we do now if we want to Activate Windows 10 or MS Office heehee =D
