  38. Theres nothing to see hear. This is simply called 'The Law of Inheritance' its pretty much applicable in any country around the world. It's meant to protect the wealth and investment of Grandparents and Parents towards their Bloodline Children. The major difference is the additional Protection of BANNING Real Estate Title Transfers. Which would make perfect sense. The reason they are doing that is because what I see happen is the new wife manipulates the new stupid naive young husband into transfering all Ownership to her once they get married. Basically shes securing 'The Bag'. Its a very stereotypical Gold Digger attitude. And the Grandparents and Parents cannot stop the Title Transfer of their stupid naive Son. I saw this happen in Latin America and USA so its quite common all around the world. The law has nothing to do with gender, its meant to protect primarily Grandparents and Parents wealth. As far as gentics the correct word is eugenics which is a totally different topic and the law has nothing to do with that. Now what nobody mentioned and you should keep in mind the law of inheritance doesnt protect your real estate if your coming into the marriage with nothing, so for example if the husband and wife come into the marraige with nothing, start from zero, and during the marriage they build a small empire of real estate and businesses together then this law is not applicable to them, they will have to divide everything 50/50 at Divorce which everyone would agree would be fair. The Law of Inheritance is good and it is fair and this addition to banning Title Transfers is perfect and excellent. If your a parasite or a slacker or a freeloader or a parasite then dont get married. Nobody likes a parasite. You need a house then go get it yourself or have your parents get it for you. Have some Self Resepect.

If you own Real Estate its dangerous to move people in, not everybody is OK to leave when you dont like them anymore, i assume they have similar laws to the US where She has Tenants Rights and he has to file an Eviction Notice with the Court and once approved he can hire the Local Sheriff to Evict Her forecefully. The process can take several months. Meantime where is her going to stay and what about all his stuff? If he wants to go back to his EX dont remarry her, dont give her any legal rights over you, keep your options open for the next Good Thing but keep them out of your house.
