Or you could go live with your Mother? or you could go live with your Biological Father? or go live with your Grandparents? or Aunts? Obviously the girls must have told him that they want to stay with him, i assume its because the mothers family maybe are not good people. The girls probably visit some of the rest of the family on the weekends like go see their cousins.

  3. 😒 thats weird, normally in Court if you dont show up you automatically lose and the other party wins the case, second if you dont show up then a Warrant for your Arrest is issued.

  4. correct, thats how it is in other jurisdictions, and if you dont show up you can issue a Warrant for their Arrest with the Police and at all Airports
