If you own Real Estate its dangerous to move people in, not everybody is OK to leave when you dont like them anymore, i assume they have similar laws to the US where She has Tenants Rights and he has to file an Eviction Notice with the Court and once approved he can hire the Local Sheriff to Evict Her forecefully. The process can take several months. Meantime where is her going to stay and what about all his stuff? If he wants to go back to his EX dont remarry her, dont give her any legal rights over you, keep your options open for the next Good Thing but keep them out of your house.
