  2. Noname97 q Africa did develop civilizations since the Egyptians. They were concentrated in western and eastern Africa though. Central Africa is a dense jungle and South Africa was isolated for a long time and ideas could not spread rapidly.

Decolonization ended from 1960s to the 1990s was not that long ago. Human populations have not been isolated long enough and have moved around too much for us to become as diverse as the dogs so if were dog we would be a single breed. Notice how a Labrador retriever a single dog breed for instance can have variation in fur color and other things?

When you mean expansion in Africa it will be the type of colonization Western Europeans practiced keeping Africa will serve no purpose to China as they realize the potential in the growing African consumer market. The problem might come through Chinese domination of their private markers which is bad but at least a good amount of African countries will develop even more. Many African countries are also getting funding from both China and the West though the west does have higher interest rates and higher conditions for aide. Ethiopia is able to play both side off each other to get the best of both worlds.
