  5. You’re right for most jurisdictions, but Minnesota is different, they aren’t mutually exclusive there, weird I know.

  7. The laws in Minnesota are different from nearly everywhere else. Most places incorporate lower crimes into the higher levels so you’re only guilty of one encompassing crime. Also their felony murder definition is so wide ranging that all deaths resulting from another’s actions can be classified as murder.
