  1. The problem with American chocolate was originally that they overcooked it leading to the fats/oils becoming rancid. Over time, the Americans, not knowing any better, became used to the ‘flavour’. Sadly, they’re now trying to convince the rest of the world to believe that their awful product is ‘normal’.
