  7.  @nickvanachthoven7252  1) I think you mean cling film, not foil. 2) as that’s for optical cameras using film, not ANPR. 3) It’s illegal with 3 points on your license and a £1,000 fine.

  8.  @nickmiller76  Providing both Proof of ID and Proof of Entitlement is a legal requirement for authorised Registered Number Plate Suppliers. So great idea, but not so easy in practice.
