  1. I asked my bank for a temporary overdraft while I cashed-in a pension policy. They refused. They had no interest in seeing my documented proof or contacting the pension company for confirmation. I’d been with the bank (and in credit) for over 20 years - they didn’t remotely care. When you don’t need them, they fall over themselves in their eagerness to lend you money. When you actually need their help... ...crickets. When the revolution comes, I’ll be handing out rope and pointing out faces.
