While it probably will be possible for humans to change physical gender fully authentically at some time in the future, the sad reality is that we definitely aren’t there yet, and probably won’t be for at least another fifty years. In the meantime, the best advice in my opinion is to stick with what you have, there are plenty of people out there who will be happy with your ‘original’ plumbing regardless of your attitude to it.

  3. Cisgender has its origin in the Latin-derived prefix cis-, meaning 'on this side of', which is the opposite of trans-, meaning 'across from' or 'on the other side of'. So yes, ‘cis’ is ‘normal’.

  11. Within the next 5 years we’re going to see a tragedy, where a post-op T, not satisfied with the outcome, decides to end the person they consider responsible. This will go viral. This will be copied. All the people making millions from exploiting these people will suddenly decide to make their money elsewhere. Remarkably, without the promotion of such beliefs, the number of Ts will be drastically reduced.
