  2. 02:56 You do NOT need a license to watch TV. It’s only required to watch live broadcasts or BBC iPlayer.

  3.  @jamesmoran5192  While you can claim back previous payments, the BBC aren’t required to pay anything so you need a decent excuse and getting more than a year is extremely unlikely.

  5.  @FunnyTummyART  Great question. My problem isn’t with the statue as such, it’s with the BBC’s hypocrisy. They take down content like Rolf Harris, Gary Glitter, Jimmy Saville, Jonathan King etc. yet have no problem with the statue. We know from the fuss over ‘Joker’ that Glitter receives no royalties from his songs.
