  17. Denmark suspected this back in March and recommended aspiration to check for Correct IM (vs IV). This used to be standard procedure for IMs but has fallen out of use and appears to be no longer even part of the training. When I went for my first jab I asked about aspiration and was given the option of either having the jab without aspiration, or not having the jab at all. Thanks NHS!

(In the U.K.) If you get a nurse or doctor over 50, they’re likely to aspirate if you ask. 40-50 They might refuse because... reasons. 30-40 Who knows < 30 (or someone recently recruited for giving shots) - probably won’t know what it is. It’s a sad world when your pet is likely to get safer IM injections from the Vet, than humans will.

I now have permanent tinnitus in one ear and weird bruising that appears at random on my arm - both on that side. I also know two people who have died. I don’t know anyone who has got remotely ill from the bug. No more, the NHS can get ...

  27. TLDR: 4,000 IU Vitamin D (D3) = 100 ”g (mcg or micro grams). 100 ”g (mcg or micro grams) Vitamin K2. 25 mg (milligrams) Zinc. These are minimums, but don’t exceed them without consulting your doctor. (Some medical conditions are affected by vitamin D - eg. sarcoidosis). Don’t confuse ”g/mcg with mg! Note that the RDA/NRV for Vitamin D has been WRONG (too low) for decades, an error in the calculations was found back in 2014 but this has been largely ignored.

I’m in the U.K.- when I politely requested aspiration I was ridiculed and told I could have the jab without or go away.
